Based on data of welding line top surface and electron gun track , calculation methods for parameters of welding equipment size , electron gun movement range , and change range of electron gun focusing deepness are studied . above results can provide design reference for three dimension surface of welding assembling jig and welding device structure 通過讀取焊縫頂面模型數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合電子槍運(yùn)動軌跡,研究了焊機(jī)設(shè)備真空筒的尺寸、電子槍的運(yùn)動范圍、電子槍聚焦深度變化范圍等參數(shù)的計算方法,為焊裝夾具的三維曲面設(shè)計以及焊機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供了設(shè)計依據(jù)。
